Cashyst is a licensed private investigation firm that helps individuals recover unclaimed money across the U.S. The goal of the brand identity designed by Robin Son (Brands By Robin) was to create a visual identity that felt trustworthy, approachable, and modern; something that set them apart from corporate competitors while still feeling secure and professional.

The resulting brand identity for Cashyst was awarded two Gold Awards in the ODA, one for Brand Identity and one for Brand Collateral recognising the overall strength and consistency of the project.

The founder of Cashyst approached me looking for a clear and concise brand that felt friendly and welcoming. Since Cashyst operates in the financial space, we had to communicate trust, credibility and professionalism. To avoid the sterile look of most financial brands, we leaned into soft curves, gentle serif edges & colours that balance fresh with confidence.

The brand mark I designed for Cashyst is one of my favourites I’ve done. It features a smile ( to communicate happiness and positivity) and combines it with an anchor shape (stability, security & reliability) and a dollar sign (recognisable as a financial company operating in the USA.)

Cashyst was built on clarity, care, and trust. Seeing the visual identity approach get recognised felt like a win not just for the design, but for what it stood for.
